Squishy's Commissions

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
General Terms:
- I have a right to decline any commission.
- I am allowed to display the commission on my account.
- Commissions are for personal non-commercial use only. (Do not print, put into AI, use or sell my artwork for profit)
Payment:
- Payment source: Paypal
- Full payment upfront or a split payment (50%) can be discussed but I will hold onto the finished product until the second half of the split payment is completed.
- Any add ons such as: speeding up the process, requested backgrounds, character(s); may be charged extra.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds allowed after the first check-in.
- If a commission is taking longer than expected, you will receive a full refund.
- Do not file a Paypal chargeback.
- If you request a refund before the first check-in due to personal matters, inform me immediately and I will send you the money.
Client Requirements:
- Agree to Terms of Service
- Be able to give a clear response when asked for feedback. (Please do not make me guess what you want changed)
- Must take full responsibility for failing to provide a clear response when asked for feedback during the commission process.
- Be respectful during the commission process.
- Please respect that I will refuse to draw anything that is uncomfortable
and will not be discussed further.
Usage Policy:
When the commission is finished, client may use the drawing for the following:
- Profile picture/Avatar/Icon/Wallpaper
- Displaying on Social media accounts
- Print for personal use only and display
- Featured in backgrounds, Videos, thumbnails
- NOTE: Proper credit such as a tag or @, must be given when displayed socially.
NOT ALLOWED!
- Redistributing and profiting off of my artwork (selling prints, stickers, etc.)
- Tracing/drawing over my artwork
- Removing watermark/signature
- Reposting without credit
- Taking credit for the drawing
- Putting it into AI
Commission Process:
- Commissions can take up to 1-5 weeks to 1-2 months depending on the type and how busy I am.
- Please provide appropriate reference images (poses/expressions) you would like me to use. As well as the character(s) reference sheets, color swatches.
- I will send a sketch for the first check-in to recieve revisions.
- Second check-in will be color check with line art. (Fully colored commissions only)
- Once finished the commission can be sent through email, discord, or instagram.
Will draw:
- Original characters (fandom), personas
- Fandom characters
- Ship/ parings [platonic or romanitc]
- Mild angst
- Fluff
Won't draw:
- Furries/animals
- NSFW/Gore
- detailed armor/ mech
- Uncomfortable ships
- Anything uncomfortable/hateful
- Realism
- Heavy detail
please take note:
I will not tolerate rude, childish behavior during the commission process. I will give you a single warning and if you do not comply after that warning: your commission will be canceled, you will not receive a refund, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions as well as blocked.
